Please explain all the stalker-Moxie stuff as of late. I know I'm stupid, but I read this site regularly and it's still really cryptic.

I was being cyberstalked, and now I'm not being cyberstalked. That's all I really want to say about it, unless there's another flareup and I'm given no choice.

i find it very cool that you know how to spell pterodactyl.

Ptotally! And be sure to check out that video on their site, if you haven't already. It's for the song "Growing on Me," which it definitely is. The press section has a lot of great stuff, too. Their lead singer is sort of a wittier David Lee Roth who also plays most of the solos.

Yeah, how come we can't comment on individual posts? I had to resort to emailing you about the Darkness vs Cure question :P

Dude, I fear The Darkness have just received the kiss of death: endorsement by Tony Blair, than whom (surely) no-one is less cool. See penultimate para in

I voted for 'shit' - but which one won out?

Also I never did sell that book. Not even an enquiry - are all your readers illiterate?

(geddit?!)

"Yeah, how come we can't comment on individual posts?"

See here, here, and here for details. This is kind of a test run.

I saw that about Tony Blair being a fan of The Darkness. For a band that wears its uncoolness like a badge of honor, that actually might be a plus!

"Hi Jim."

Hi!

"Also I never did sell that book. Not even an enquiry - are all your readers illiterate?"

Yse.

Hi Jim, love your site. Now, don't get me wrong. I have ultimate respect for cartoonists - I used to give George Booth or BC collections to girls I liked - and as such, I have my own opinions about the current state of cartoon affairs.

But your opinions are so passionate and frequently dismissive that I just have to ask - have you ever done the work? Now, I'll come right out and say I think some things suck, too, but I wouldn't insult the cartoonist in a public forum.

I'm sounding like a dickweed so I'll stop. I'm not calling you a comics chickenhawk. I'm genuinely interested in seeing your work if you have any because the attributes of your site that I admire are some that I would also admire in comix.
